I would like to state that I have known Mr Shaun Jervis since since April 2009, when I asked him to give me a quote to build an in ground swimming pool for me at my home at 28 Hillview Road North Balwyn, 3104.
Mr Jervis was extremely helpful in the design phase, giving me a number of practical alternatives for the design of my pool which included a built in Spa.

His positioning of all equipment and description and advice as to which equipment to use was extremely efficient and
simple to understand.

To date I have had minimal problems which have been readily fixed as Mr Jervis has always made himself available for assistance, sometimes after working hours. Having said this there has been little cause to call him as the pool has been extremely trouble free.

The conversations have been mainly to do with maintenance which I get him to do on a 6 weekly basis at a very reasonable cost. Mr Jervis conducted and continues to conduct himself in a extremely professional manner with me as a client at all times. He is always, courteous and helpful, and he supervised all contractors throughout the building phase with the utmost efficiency and professionalism and as a result was able to keep to the time lines and in fact was able get tasks finished ahead of schedule.

I would recommend Mr Jervis without reservation and in fact I have recommended several of my friends and colleagues to commission Mr Jervis to build their pools.

I contracted Shaun Jervis of Aquaworld Pools & Spas to complete the construction of my swimming pool after the original contractor “disappeared” not long after beginning the project. I was very grateful for Shaun to take on the project as many companies I contacted were not willing to take on the job that someone else had started. The pool and spa combination was quite involved, incorporating a glass panel in pool wall, a wet edge which required a separate balance tank and in floor cleaning.

Shaun was more than confident he could piece together the “jigsaw” that was left by the previous builder in the absence of any plans or drawings.

Shaun guided me through and completed the construction in a competent and professional manner right through to handing over the pool and teaching me how to run it. His company also now maintains my pool on a monthly basis.

Another challenge for Shaun was that he had to work in with other building projects going on at the time, as house and backyard were being constructed at the same time. As a registered builder myself, I am aware of the challenges this can pose to some people, but Shaun handled it professionally and in the time frames he was given. He was also able to look forward and instruct me of any issues that needed to be attended to so project would run smoothly

Shaun, his employees and tradesmen conducted themselves in a professional manner at all times and observed all oh&s criteria on job site at all times.
